Laura E. Walls is an accomplished singer,actress,dancer writer,and educator.

A performance highlight of Ms. Walls' career as a vocalist was her one-year residence at the Monte Carlo Sporting Club in France during 1992,where she performed as a featured soloist and in-house act for artists such as Tina Turner,Barry White, Shirley Bassey, Kool & the Gang, Sergio Mendez and many others. Another highlight and pivotal point of Ms. Walls career was her incredible performances at the North Sea Jazz Festival in Den Haag, Holland during 1994.  Laura received three standing ovations in each concert for her vocal prowess and jazz stylization of jazz standards and her own profound original compositions as she performed with an all-star band which included drummer,Terry Lyne Carrington(Wayne Shorter Group/current Herbie Hancock Group),bassist, Jim Cammack,(currently with the Ahmad Jamal Trio),drummer Perry Wilson(Sonny Rollins Group), and Robert Irving III (Legendary Miles Davis)  TO PLAY A TRACK TITLED: "SOUNDS GOOD TO ME" "CLICK THE MUSIC WIDGET ABOVE AND SCROLL DOWN TO THE TITLE TRACK "SOUNDS GOOD TO ME"

                                                                                       

Maja Rios Maja Rios Vocalist, Lyricist Maja Rios, whose early influences included Motown greats Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and others, and later included jazz greats Bille Holiday, Sarah Vaughen, Carmen McCrae, Nancy Wilson, performs a vast repetorie of tunes made famous by singers and diverse as Anita Baker, Astrud Gilberto, Al Green, Milton Nascimento and many others. Maja also performs original tunes and original lyrics to famous jazz composers including Joe Henderson, Stanley Turrentine and many others. Maja was a solo vocalist during the 1980’s with the late great Chicago jazz guitarist “Be-Bop” Samuel Thomas and has frequently appeared with renown guitarists Calvin Newborn, Bobby Broom, Melvin Sparks among others. She can be heard on the critically acclaimed album with “Be-Bop” Sam “ Space Ship Love”, “Out at Last” (Tee-Ni-Chee, 1988) and with Calvin Newborn, Dual Frequency “Out to Play” (2000, M. Rios) both independent Chicago releases. "Rios vocals and words are stylish and appealingly direct" Lloyd Sachs-Chicago Sun-Times "Maja is a powerful and sensitive singer, heavily influenced by Brazilian sounds. Her version of Girl from Ipanema is the best in the city." For many years, Loretta has been known as an “up and coming,” sultry, smooth and sophisticated jazz vocalist who is progressively taking Chicago by storm. During the course of her musical career, Loretta became best known as “Lady Lee” for her impressionable, breath-taking performance and striking imitation of the Legendary singer, Billie Holiday. Additionally, she has performed in numerous capacities at jazz clubs and many other establishments throughout the Chicago-land area including Army & Lou's Restaurant, Gino's Steak House, Isaac Hayes Restaurant, Lee's Unleaded Blues, Navy Pier, Condesa Del Mar, Green Dolphin Street, Ramada Inn, Chicago Racquetball Club and The University Park County Club.

She could also be seen mesmerizing the crowd each Thursday for 1 1/2 years at McDonald's (jazz night) in Olympia Fields. Loretta was also the main source of entertainment at Governors State University, The Sabre Room, Phoenix Festival, Black Heritage Awards, University Park Family Fling Festival and The Caribbean Festival. She is recognized by many for her performance during a one hour special on The William Brown Show "Songs of Love" on Chicago Access Channel 19. Loretta also played the role of Billy Holiday in the musical production "Rhythm on Wheels" at Kenwood Academy and the Legacy Theatre.

At a very young age, Loretta was introduced to jazz. Regularly, in her home, Loretta’s father played songs by great jazz vocalists such as Sarah Vaughn, Nancy Wilson, Glory Lynn, Ella Fitzgerald, Billy Eckstein, Nat King Cole, Joe Williams, Authur Prysock and Frank Sinatra. These memorable and outstanding artists were a great inspiration and influenced her significantly. She later received training at ETA Theatre where she attended an acting course to broaden the scope of her career.

Multi-talented Loretta Lee is not only a jazz vocalist and actress. She has also given remarkable performances as an R&B and Gospel soloist. In addition to singing, Loretta enjoys roller skating, stepping, and Latin dancing. With great passion and love, she continuously sings and performs from the bottom of her soul and is truly a phenomenal entertainer.

Joe Gacioch was born and raised in Phoenix, Az. He took up guitar at age 12 and has devoted his life to the instrument ever since. In high school he discovered jazz greats such as Miles Davis,John Coltrane, Chick Corea and Keith Jarrett. Joe studied with the great local teacher Bud Dimock where began to learn the vocabulary and repertoire of the music. Joe began his college studies at Mesa Community College where he studied with Fred Forney and Grant Wolf and then moved on to Arizona State University where he studied with Chuck Marohnic, Chris Champion, and Frank Vignola. Joe Completed his college career at Portland State University in Portland Oregon where he took classes and lessons from Jerry Hahn and Darrell Grant. He graduated with a B.A. in Jazz Performance. In 2001 Joe began doing contracts as a guitarist for Royal Caribbean and Norwegian cruise lines. In 2004 Joe enlisted in the U.S. Navy music program and was stationed at Navy Band Great Lakes until late 2008. Joe has perfomed through the midwest with the Navy and throughout Chicago as a member of various ensembles. Currently Joe leads a trio most friday nights at Via Ventuno, 2110 S. Wabash from 7 to 10, and can often be found performing with the Curtis Black quartet at the Woodlawn Tap on sunday nights. Joe also teaches guitar at Family Piano in Waukegan.
