| Seven Days in May & Windsands Concerto were composed by Mr. Boise Queen and presented on his album series: "Vintage Romantic Classical Piano" copyright 1988, 1990. These works, especially Seven Days in May were originally written as background music for a previously popular motion picture filmed and produced in Chicago,Illinois. The work was found to be too long and required extensive revision to be accepted and time ran out on the publishing rights resulting in the work being abandoned. Boise Queen had written "Windsands Concerto" and later dedicated it to his now deceased wife Leila in celebration of their 10 year marriage. Windsands Concerto was a predecesor to "Seven Days in May " composed in 1990-1991 Either work was composed to be played as a solo work or with orchestra. The version presented is a digital adaptation from the only copy left of either work that was recorded on analog tape. Both of these works are presented on our reverbnation music players available for your convenience on select pages thoughout this site. |
